A little goes a long way - one sugar cube will actually cover your entire body. To use, either handle the cube as a scrub, or you can crumble a cube in your hand, add a little water, form it to your hand, and then scrub away.

If you'd like to focus on a specific area (hands, feet, elbows), break off a reasonable amount for that spot, add a little water or spray some moisturizing mist to prep the crumbles, and you'll be ready to go.
